Annual Star Tribune list recognizes top employers for strong workplace culture and employee satisfaction

This is the 12th year in a row the company has been included on the list, which is based on employee surveys measuring engagement, company culture, organizational health and overall satisfaction, and recognizes some of the most progressive companies in Minnesota.
