The mission of the Allianz Community Relations program is to promote financial literacy, and the independence and self-sufficiency of senior citizens in the Twin Cities area. We strongly believe in sharing our financial resources and expertise with organizations representing the following categories, which receive priority consideration when allocating funding.

Grants typically range from $10,000 to $20,000.

2014 Grant Application categories and deadlines
Financial Literacy

Organizations must illustrate their ability to provide financial literacy education or training and/or illustrate their ability to educate consumers on retirement planning education.

Amount to be distributed – $275,000

Must be postmarked by March 3, 2014
Senior Services

Allianz Life will not be accepting any unsolicited senior services grant proposals in 2014. We will be accepting senior services grants by invitation only.


Best Prep &
Junior Achievement

Allianz has made a three-year commitment to BestPrep and Junior Achievement with the intent of involving employees in their school-based financial literacy efforts.

Contribution to each program – $100,000

To apply:

Grant requests must be submitted in writing and in the format of the Allianz Corporate Giving Application form. The narrative portion of the grant request should be no more than eight pages in length (excluding required attachments). You must submit all grant applications by mail and via email (in a Word document).
