MINNEAPOLIS – April 11, 2022 – Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America (Allianz Life) has been named one of the 2022 FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For. The company ranked No. 77 on the list.
This is the 11th consecutive year that Allianz Life has been included on the list, showing its commitment to the employee experience, professional development, and diversity, equity and inclusion. Allianz Life was recognized this year for its strong demonstration of the company’s culture of caring.

The company was also recognized for its ongoing COVID-19 pandemic response, and supporting employee physical and mental wellbeing. In 2021, Allianz Life gave employees time off to get a COVID-19 vaccine and hosted a drive-thru clinic for employees and their families to get the shot. The company expanded its benefits in 2020 and 2021 to fully cover any out-of-pocket costs related to a COVID-19 diagnosis. It also waived the costs for virtual care.
