Registration
Registration is simple. First select whether you wish to register as an individual or as a life agency. You'll be asked to complete to short screens of information and then click a link in an email we'll send you to confirm your registration.
Individual
You are registering as a policyholder; or you are registering as a financial professional who may or may not be affiliated with a field member organization (FMO) or a broker dealer (BD).
You will need the following information to register:
- First and last name
- Last four digits of your social security number (SSN)
Life Agency
You are registering as a Life Agency who may or may not be affiliated with a field member organization (FMO) or a broker dealer (BD).
You will need the following information to register:
- Full company name
- Agent number
- Employer Identification Number (EIN)
