MINNEAPOLIS – Nov. 2, 2022 – Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America (Allianz Life) has been named to Seramount’s sixth annual Inclusion Index for creating and fostering an inclusive workplace.
The Inclusion Index assesses companies in how they recruit, retain, and advance people from underrepresented groups, foster an inclusive corporate culture with leadership accountability, and demographic diversity. Seramount includes women, racial/ethnic minorities, people with disabilities, and people who are LBGTQ+ as underrepresented groups.

Allianz Life was among 54 organizations recognized this year for creating an inclusive workplace. Around 175 companies applied to participate. Data is provided by the organizations for consideration.
Seramount previously named Allianz one of its 2022 100 Best Companies and one of the 100 Best Companies for Dads in the annual listing of that recognizes organizations for their initiatives to support parents.
