Allianz Life Celebrates 15th year as a Top Minnesota Workplace

MINNEAPOLIS – June 24, 2024 – Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America (Allianz Life) has been named a 2024 Top Workplace by the Star Tribune (Minneapolis). The company has now received the award for 15 consecutive years, since the inception of the list. This year, Allianz Life ranked number nine on the large company list, up from number 17 last year. 

Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health, and satisfaction. The analysis included responses from 149,176 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations.
