MINNEAPOLIS – Feb. 18, 2025 – Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America (Allianz Life) has been recognized for the 11th time for its excellence in training and development programs in the annual Training APEX Awards. Allianz ranked No. 5 out of 95 companies.
Training magazine, a leading business publication for Learning and Development professionals, ranks companies based on myriad benchmarking statistics and a range of qualitative and quantitative factors such as budget, scope, training programs, evaluation, and business outcomes.

In 2024, Allianz Life employees tracked:
- More than 170,000 learning hours
- 6,800 hours of leadership development
In addition, 91 employees participated in tuition and designation reimbursement programs.
