• At Allianz Life, Niemeyer leads sustainability strategy, leveraging our position as a leading insurer, investor, and employer to shape a more secure future for our customers, business, and communities.
• Extensive experience incorporating sustainability trends and insights into customer experience, product development, and brand awareness.
• Over 20 years of consulting experience, including managing director and head of thought leadership at a boutique firm, as well as the leader of internal sustainability efforts at McKinsey & Company.
• Spent six years as a Special Agent with the U.S. government, holding positions at both the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Defense.
