  • Career site management and content governance, recruitment marketing, and candidate experience design and optimization.
  • Intern program and campus partnerships.  
  • Recruiting technology, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Process standardization and continuous improvement, local and global talent acquisition alignment, compliance, risk management, and hiring governance.
