Background:

With more than 25 years in the financial services industry, Hollan has extensive experience in government relations, regulatory advocacy, and public policy. She leads strategic engagement with policymakers, industry leaders, and other stakeholders, while strengthening transatlantic partnerships and advancing shared U.S. and European insurance policy priorities. She also serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on emerging legislative, regulatory, and political developments affecting the business.

• Leads U.S. Government Relations strategy and advocacy, engaging policymakers and key stakeholders.
• Advises senior leadership on political, legislative, and regulatory developments and their implications for the business.
• Builds and strengthens transatlantic relationships with industry leaders and other stakeholders to advance shared U.S. and European financial services and insurance priorities.
• Represents Allianz in senior-level industry coalitions and trade associations, helping to shape advocacy strategies and policy priorities.
• Represents Allianz at policy and industry forums in the U.S. and internationally.
