Once your firm completes onboarding with an Allianz Advisory Solution team, the RIA Concierge Desk steps in to provide hands-on education and support. We help advisors understand today’s fee-based Allianz® annuities, how they fit into portfolio construction, and how they may support specific client needs.
If a potential fit emerges, advisors can work with the RIA Concierge Desk directly on annuity case referrals. From there, our Insurance Consultants can help manage the back-end process and move qualified cases from referral to issue.

With more than 30 years of experience in financial services, Dave leads the RIA Concierge Desk and oversees business development, center-of-influence engagement, and distribution-partner relationships. Before joining Allianz, he served as Vice President of Risk Management in Personal Financial Management at a large, global investment banking, securities, and asset and wealth management firm. Dave holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 66 securities registrations and is insurance-licensed in all 50 states. He earned his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University.

Tom brings over a decade of insurance and financial services experience to the RIA Concierge Desk. He began his career at a national insurance carrier, later joining Allianz as a sales consultant, and most recently played a key role in launching an Outsourced Insurance Desk (OID). Tom holds FINRA Series 6, 26, and 63 securities registrations; Accident & Health, Casualty, Life, Variable, and Property insurance licenses; and has obtained the Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®), Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®), and Wealth Management Certified Professional® (WMCP®) designations. He earned his bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University.

Rebekah has more than 10 years of experience supporting financial professionals across major insurance and annuity carriers. Prior to joining the RIA Concierge Desk, she spent four years at a large, global investment banking, securities, and asset and wealth management firm, where she was responsible for driving critical operations across all lines of insurance business. Rebekah holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 securities registrations, as well as Life & Health and Property & Casualty insurance licenses. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.

Jessi brings cross-functional experience in annuity wholesaling, inforce servicing, and operational support. She manages much of the day-to-day workflow for the RIA Concierge Desk and serves as a primary resource for back-office teams. Jessi also partners across various departments to help operationalize new ideas and refine internal processes. She holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 securities registrations, as well as MN Life & Health insurance licenses. Jessie earned her bachelor’s degree from Carthage College.
